What WELLFORCE keeps, where AI does the work and where it doesn’t, the person who checks before anything is sent, who hosts what, and how to have your data deleted. Plain words, no small print.
Everything below belongs to a company. People see it only inside the company they were invited to, and the database enforces that — not the screen.
WELLFORCE AI shows where a number came from. When the source doesn’t have it, it says so instead of guessing.
When WELLFORCE AI wants to email or text someone, it writes a draft and the reason for it, and it waits. It leaves only after a signed-in owner in your company has read it and approved it by hand. Nothing else can release it: if nobody approves, nothing is sent, ever. Each approved message goes out at most once.
Mail you ask for yourself — an invite you send, a password reset — goes straight out, because the request is the approval.

Each of these companies publishes its own security and compliance information; WELLFORCE does not speak for their certifications.
Email contact@wellforceenergy.com from the address on your account, with the subject “data deletion request”. Say whether you want your own account removed or, if you own the company account, your whole company’s data.
We reply to confirm what was deleted, and name anything the law or a payment processor requires to be kept.
